This Sunday we are starting a new preaching series exploring the life of Jeremiah , one of the Old Testament prophets. Jeremiah is one of the most well-known of the Old Testament prophets and he lived in a difficult period of time. Kings who refused to accept God’s commands and religious leaders who pretended everything was okay when it obviously wasn’t. What was it like to be called by God and asked to share God’s message with your people? What was it like to speak the truth year in and year out and be ignored by people you cared deeply about? What might Jeremiah’s experience have to teach us about following Jesus today?
Mainly Music, our music and movement programme meets every Wednesday from 10.00am. If you have small children feel free to join us.
