We're back

Hi everyone.

We are NOW open and able to meet for services. This coming Sunday 10.00am we will be meeting although at this stage we are still required to meet all social distancing and contact tracing requirements. We recognise that some of you may be frustrated by this but it looks like it may only be for another couple of weeks.

We are keen to gather together but our priority is also the safety of all those who attend especially  those of you who may be more vulnerable. So here’s a little overview of what will be required on Sunday if you attend.

If you are unwell in any way then we do ask that you Stay Home. On arrival you will be required to sign in so we know who was here on the day. This can be done manually (pen and paper) or you can scan a QRS code and it will be recorded electronically.  (NB: This is different to the Govt. app which records your details, this one is for us to keep a record. All data collected must be destroyed after 2 months). We do need to practice social distancing, so sorry no hugs and there will be gaps between seats and we will not be serving morning tea. We will have music but at this stage will not be singing.

We will be able to worship together and talk with each other and we will celebrate communion as we meet again for the first time. There will be time for us to pray together and to reflect on the past couple of months and what we may have learned about God and ourselves during that time. We look forward to seeing you again this Sunday. If you still feel that your health condition means you need to stay away then we look forward to you joining us when you are able.

Oh and for those who are unable to join us we will still have an on-air service for you  @10.30am and again @ 8pm on Thursday evening on Coast Access Radio 104.7FM or livestream at http://coastaccessradio.org.nz/Listen/index.aspx  The message and prayers will also be posted to the sermon page on this website.

If at this time you need someone to chat with then please call Andrew 0225166334 or the church office 2987766 or office@pb.org.nz and we’ll get back to you.
