Still waiting

Our second week of level two is here and most of us will be enjoying the freedom this has brought. We can now shop, go out for meal and get a haircut. However, we are still unable to meet for public worship and many people have found this frustrating, feeling in some way that it is unfair. Personally, I’m happy to show a little patience for the sake of those who are most at risk of this virus, should it still be lurking in our community. And as many have reminded us, we are still able to worship, we just can’t do it together, yet. So hang in there, hopefully it is only a little bit longer.

The elders are currently hoping that we will be able to hold services beginning the 14 June – the week after Queens anniversary weekend if permission is granted.  So watch this space and we’ll keep you informed.

This week we will continue our services on Acts as we explore the continuing story of Jesus and the expansion of the Gospel beyond Jerusalem.

Our services will continue to be on air, Sundays @10.30am and again @ 8pm on Thursday evening on Coast Access Radio 104.7FM or livestream at http://coastaccessradio.org.nz/Listen/index.aspx  The message and prayers will also be posted to the sermon page on this website.

If at this time you need someone to chat with then please call Andrew 0225166334 or the church office 2987766 or office@pb.org.nz and we’ll get back to you.
