Kia ora,
This coming weekend is Easter - a time when Christians around the world will celebrate with the words ‘He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!’ Easter lies at the heart of the Christian message. This is our hope, our belief, that Jesus has defeated death, that new life is possible for all who will place their trust in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. We may not be able to join together in person to proclaim our hope this weekend but we can still join with the church throughout the ages to proclaim our faith in Jesus as we gather by other means.
This Easter, may you encounter the Risen Christ anew.
We encourage you to join us on air – details below – as we celebrate. As part of our service we will also celebrate with Communion/Lord’s Supper/Eucharist so we encourage you to find some bread and juice to use with your household during this time.
