Life is certainly a bit different for us all now. Some of us are working from home, some on unscheduled leave, but all of us are on an enforced break from gathering with others outside our own ‘bubble’. Perhaps you are beginning to miss the social contact and feeling a bit touch deprived or maybe you are enjoying the chance for solitude and to just be by yourself.
During this time we are keen to keep contact with you and hear how you are doing. The elders will be in contact with groups of you and Andrew will also be following up on you during this time. If at this time you need someone to chat with then please call Andrew 0225166334 or the church office 2987766 or office@pb.org.nz and we’ll get back to you.
Another way to keep updated and connected is via our Facebook page where we’ll be posted prayers, humour and helpful tips in getting through this time. Check the link in the top right hand corner of this page.
Hopefully you have been able to join our radio services over the last couple of weeks. If you missed us you can listen on air, Sundays @10.30am and again @ 8pm on Thursday evening on Coast Access Radio 104.7FM or livestream at http://coastaccessradio.org.nz/Listen/index.aspx Thanks to all those who let us know how much you enjoyed listening. Nice to know it was helpful to you.
One thing we are unable to do during this time is meet together in small groups. However Mark, one of our members, has offered to host a virtual group for any who might be interested.
Here’s the details for that group.
Email the church at office@pb.org.nz and we’ll hook you up with Mark. We're limited to up to ten people, with priority to those who also want to continue to meet f2f once New Zealand begins to socially move again.
Stay safe and we look forward to catching up with you again. Grace and peace to you and your family.
