Who wants to change?

Jim Rohn said, ‘For things to change, you have to change.’  And Henry Ford said, ‘If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got’. And yet so many of us resist change. We like things the way they are, and we like ourselves the way we are. Often, we will only change when no other option is available.

Despite our resistance to change all of us need to be transformed and renewed. None of us is perfect and it is our flaws that need to be faced up to and changed. A caterpillar becomes a butterfly not by wishful thinking but by totally transforming itself. I wonder what you need to change? How willing are you to let that change take place?

If you are struggling at this time and just need someone to talk to, then please email us at office@pb.org.nz or call 0223075225 and we will contact you.

This Sunday @ 10am we will continue our series looking at the life of Joseph. Come and join us as we explore the life of this pivotal character from the Old Testament. This week we will be looking at one of Joseph’s brothers and how his life was transformed.

A children’s programme for children aged 3-8 is available during the service and a crèche for younger children.

To join with us on air tune in to Coast Access Radio 104.7FM from 10.00am or livestream at http://coastaccessradio.org.nz...

Mainly Music – Wednesday from 10.00am. This programme is a fun way for parents and their children to spend quality time together based around music and movement. It is an opportunity for us as a church to connect with and offer something back to the community of which we are a part. It’s also a way for us to demonstrate care, concern, and support for those with young children.

Small Groups. We have several groups meeting. Contact the church office@pb.org.nz if you would like to join one.
